  Quick Guide: How to Use the Atlas PL-1010E

  1. Loading the Labels:

  • Squeeze the release triggers on the side to open the top cover.

  • Push the base plate release buttons forward to swing open the bottom base plate.

  • Slide a 26x16mm label roll onto the spool.

  • Thread the leading edge of the labels through the internal mechanism.

  • Close the top cover. Ensure the labels feed correctly through the bottom mechanism, then close the base plate until it clicks shut.

     

  2. Setting the Characters:

  • Pull out the dial knobs to select the line you want to adjust (top or bottom).

  • Rotate the knob until the desired digit or symbol is visible in the display window.

  • Repeat for each digit space.

  3. Labeling:

  • Set your desired date, price, or code.

  • Hold the gun flush against the product surface.

  • Squeeze the trigger to print and apply the label in one motion.

  4. Changing the Ink Roller:

  • Open the front compartment of the gun.

  • Remove the old ink roller.

     

  • Insert the new compatible ink roller (PLS900IR / PLS910IR) and secure it until it clicks.
